We accept returns for defective or damaged products within 7 days of delivery. To initiate a return, please contact us at greensngrains5@gmail.com with your order details and a description of the issue.
Products must be unused and in their original packaging.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement. After this period, cancellations may not be possible as the order may already be processed.
Non-Returnable Items
Perishable goods or opened packages are not eligible for returns or refunds unless they arrive defective or damaged.
